Fernhill Farm is tucked away in the ancient Mendip Hills about half an hours easy drive outside of Bristol.

BY CAR

A half hour drive from Bristol, three hours from London and three and a half hours from Manchester. The site is down a farm track off Cheddar Road. Go slow on the track!

Lifts can be coordinated between people on the Bewildered Whatsapp Chat so feel free to put your hand up if you are looking for a lift. Likewise let the chat if you have a space in your car you can offer up.

CAR PARKING

Please park in the bottom car park unless otherwise instructed - extra parking is available in the top car park and farmyard areas if required. The Horseshoe Barn will always require access around the hawthorn tree, except when loading and unloading - please do not leaved parked cars in this designated fire lane.

You are permitted to park cars next to the Arcs, Loft, Saloon and Caravan - weather depending. We ask our guests not to obstruct any driveways, gateways, or park directly in front of agricultural sheds or barns, unless loading and unloading as space must be left for a fire truck to access all buildings

ELECTRIC CARS

Whilst we are an eco venue and encourage all attempts to reduce ourcarbon footprint, electric car charging is not part of your venue or accommodationfees. We request that you do not charge your car here thanks

BUS/TRAIN

Fernhill Farm is not particularly well serviced by train or bus. For those of you arriving to Bristol by train or bus we suggest arranging mini busses amongst yourselves. They will probably be about £10pp each way.

TAXI

Being so close to Bristol taxis/Uber are a viable option. As I look now (Saturday morning on a bank holiday from central Bristol) Uber is saying about £25. Do with that what you will.

FLYING

Bristol airport is a breezy 20 minutes away by taxi.
